My personal journey has been influenced by the many women in my life; their experiences and stories have informed my beliefs and desires; this has led me to focus purely on teaching yoga that supports women during transitional periods, from peri-menopause and beyond.
I create yoga sequences that aim to foster the union of body and mind; enhance your mobility; nurture confidence and resilience, and empower you as you embrace change with strength and balance.
Together, we'll work to strengthen neuromuscular connections; embrace the sensations and nuances of each posture, and activate muscles to promote stability and balance.
I believe that, though often a very turbulent period, the menopause also offers opportunities that can make midlife magnificent!
I am passionate about supporting women, ensuring that they can pop your own corks far into the future, and that they can laugh freely, without fear of consequence!
